Cinquefoil is an exciting new music series in Hamilton. Once a month, five musical acts perform a short set based on a theme in a beautiful historic church with great acoustics. Colour Film plays Cinquefoil on Friday March 16 – details on the CONCERTS page.

I’d like to dedicate this music to my mom Anna. She helped me learn to play guitar and has always been very supportive and encouraging. She took the cover photo for Super 8. She and my dad are helping with childcare as I type this. And today is her birthday. Happy birthday, mom.

It’d be an understatement to say that the music of John Lennon, both with and after The Beatles, has been a big influence and inspiration for me. So I’m pleased to be playing one of his songs at a tribute show happening here in Hamilton on Saturday night, especially since the proceeds will help local musicians record their own songs.
